NT-AS16-3 STACKER

Northtech Auto Stackers are an excellent way to streamline operations. The NT-AS16-3 utilizes (3) independent stacking stations that receive product from an automated line either laterally or inline. The material is lifted and placed on top of the stacking stations until the layer is built. Once the layer is complete, a set of lifting arms lifts the layer and places on the pack. This system can operate with speeds as fast as 20 picks per minute or 15s layers. Optional moveable stations and part programming allow for quick and recall of each stacking station position, varying length runs, layer counts and bundle counts.
