Payment Terms
As stated on the invoice. Credit Card purchases subject to minimum 3-5% convenience fee.
Shipping Terms
All equipment FOB Borden, IN unless notated on invoice differently. All freight charges are the responsibility of the Buyer and will be itemized separately on invoice.
Delivery
All items sold from stock are sold on a first come first serve basis or receiving all needed signed documents and payment. Any machine not quoted from stock will be quoted with estimated delivery times. Any delivery time stated is subject to the approved submittal of order, received PO, Buyer’s acceptance of Sales Acknowledgement, fulfillment of Payment Terms and any specific technical clarification. Delays in meeting the Payment Terms and submittals of paperwork may affect the Delivery. Northtech Machine LLC is not responsible for delays in shipping.
Startup/Installation
Machines are tested stateside. Some assembly may be required by customer. Machine Unloading, rigging, site preparation, installation, start up and training, service connections, local fees, duties, taxes, or additional services are not included unless specifically in writing and on invoice. Some machines require adjustments once installed and before operation, for this reason Northtech offers start-up and training. Contact Northtech for an estimate.
Condition of Sale
All equipment listed is offered subject to the General Rule of Sale attached and agreed to by. Sales tax is not included in the quoted price. All unloading, rigging, site preparation, inspections, assembly, installation, connections, components needed to pass inspection, mechanicals including dust extraction power and air are the responsibility of the Buyer unless explicitly included in writing. All acceptances of orders and payment terms are contingent upon credit approval. All quoted prices are in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change prior to acceptance by both parties. Quotations are subject to exchange rate and shipping surcharges.
Warranty
Standard Northtech Parts Warranty is for 12 months of single shift operation or 2080 hours, whichever is first, on non-wear mechanical parts. Northtech warranties against all manufacture defects as outlined in following Northtech General Rule of Sale.
